        What is a Neuron?A Neuron is a billable AI operation, such as a chat response, RAG query, agent run, workflow execution, or composite pattern call. Pricing is flat regardless of model, provider, or prompt size.

        What happens if I exceed my included Neurons?You'll be charged $3.00 per 1,000 Neurons for overage in real-time mode, or $1.80 per 1,000 Neurons in batch mode.

        Can I use my own AI provider accounts?Yes, Neureus supports bring-your-own-key (BYOK) for tenants who want to use their own provider accounts.

        Is there a free tier?Yes, the Free tier includes 500 Neurons per month and full access to all Neureus features.
